Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
Seventh Hand Wellness (“we”) runs www.seventhhandwellness.com. This policy explains what information the website collects and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what a feature needs, we don’t sell anyone’s information, and the site has no advertising or tracking tools.
Health information
As a health care provider, we protect health information as required by HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and share it.
This website isn’t used to collect health information, with one exception: the questions in our intro-call booking form. That form is Google’s, shown on our booking page. Your answers go directly to our Google Workspace account, which a HIPAA business associate agreement covers, and never pass through this website. They’re handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Current clients should use the Client Portal for anything about their care, not email.
What we collect, by feature
Visiting the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies to tell people from bots. We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Booking an intro call. Our booking page shows Google’s appointment form. What you enter (name, email, phone, and the intro questions) goes to our Google Workspace account, as described above. Google’s own privacy policy also applies to its form.
Signing up for the newsletter. The signup form is Google’s. We keep your email address and first name in our Google Workspace account and use them only to send the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link. We don’t share the list.
The member store (invited members only).
- Your information: we keep your name and email, to sign you in and bill you.
- Your orders: products, quantities, prices, and payment status. They’re kept in our store database (hosted by Cloudflare) and in our accounting system (QuickBooks, from Intuit).
- Payment: you pay on Intuit’s secure QuickBooks payment page, so we never see or store your card number. Intuit’s privacy policy applies to that page.
- Signing in: a cookie keeps you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is signing in.
Emails from us. We send email through our email providers, Microsoft 365 (with Paubox, our email encryption service) and Google Workspace. We use your email address only for the purpose you gave it to us.
Videos. Our videos are YouTube videos shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you play one, under Google’s privacy policy.
Contacting us. If you email or call, we use what you send only to respond. Please don’t put health details in email.
Links to other sites. Our pages link to other sites, such as supplement stores, lab ordering, and our client portal. Their privacy policies apply there.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run these features for us: Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Paubox, and Intuit. They may use it only to provide their service. We’ll also share information when the law requires it. We never sell information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Store sign-in links: they expire after 15 minutes.
- Your store account: it ends when we remove you from the store.
- Store and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Newsletter: your email and name stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
- Booking information: kept under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information this website collected about you, or to remove you from the store. Contact us below. Some records we must keep for tax, accounting, or medical-records rules; we’ll tell you if that applies.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use encrypted connections, keep sign-in links and sessions in a form that can’t be reused if stolen, protect our accounts with two-factor sign-in, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please email us if you see a problem.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
